We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $9.99 across Canada and FREE shipping if you spend over $150 before taxes 

Local in store or curb-side pickup is available as well

Shipping costs are non refundable 

Return shipping is paid for by the customer


We happily accept returns if you are unsatisfied with you purchase, if it does not fit, or you simply change your mind. 

Online returns valid within 60 days or purchase date. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it, with all tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original box and unworn.

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, underwear, personal hygiene products, bathing suits.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please contact us prior to sending your purchase back.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you would like to exchange an item, please send us an email and we will arrange one for you if possible. The cost of the returning the item to us is the responsibility of the customer.  Please contact us at [email protected]

Defective Items

We will happily replace or credit for items that are defective or damaged. Please reach out as soon as possible as we will need a description, picture and possibly the item returned. Please email [email protected]

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
